February 24 - Visit #2 Planned

Visit number two of my 49th year is set up. I will be visiting with my friend and mentor Mary Carole Strother. I met Mary Carole six years ago when I was looking for someone to do my practicum in order to complete my Masters in Library Science. She came very highly recommended and I started my library journey with her. I learned more from her in the 60 hours I was following her around than I learned in my entire Masters degree. Since then, she has encouraged me, listened to me, pushed me, and taken me on some amazing trips. We have laughed together, plotted together and learned an amazing amount together. Through our passion for learning and sharing with others, we have become great friends and spend much time talking about the next project or presentation. She is an amazing ball of energy and continues to inspire me to reach for great things. I look forward to our visit!
